Pediatric First Aid teaches participants how to treat minor injuries and how to manage more serious illnesses and injuries during the first few minutes until professional help arrives. Topics include first aid basics, medical emergencies, injuries, and environmental emergencies.
This class meets DCFS Requirements and NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) Accreditation Requirements for daycare providers and other childcare workers.
This class can be conducted as a stand alone class or along with Heartsaver CPR & AED.
