Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers teaches the skills of CPR (including ventilation with a barrier device and a bag-valve mask device), use of an AED, and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO) for adults, infants, and children.
This class is taught according to the 2010 American Heart Association CPR Guidelines.
(Two year AHA Certification is issued upon successful completion) 3 hour class
This class will meet the requirements for anyone currently working in healthcare and students in any medically related field including medicine, dentistry, physical therapy, and nursing. This class will also meet the needs of Professional Rescuers such as lifeguards.
